Amila is the Community Manager at Outset, where she supports the day-to-day operations that keep the community running smoothly. She oversees administrative and IT systems, supports property management, organizes events, and is the voice behind Outset’s monthly newsletter.

Prior to joining Outset, Amila built a career across hospitality, and later game development. She's known for creating welcoming environments, keeping complex systems organized, and bringing people together around shared experiences. She has a particular interest in designing engaging and user-friendly interactions, whether that’s through events, communications, or creative touches that make a space feel alive.

Outside of work, Amila enjoys developing her own digital and tabletop games, cooking, and spending time with her cat Bubbles.
