Mike has been a supporter of our work at Outset Ventures since our early days as "Level Two". 

Prior to joining the Outset team, Mike was a partner at PwC New Zealand’ for 19 years and led its Emerging and Fast Growth companies business. He brings a wealth of commercial knowledge to the investment team and our portfolio companies supporting the Investment process from initial stages through to final deal execution including financial and tax diligence. 

Mike is also responsible for the overall operational and financial management at Outset and utilises his extensive experience to establish strong processes and an ability to support LP’s with issues they may be having.   

Outside of work Mike has a keen interest in playing and governing sport. He still plays competitive hockey and swims regularly. He has undertaken governance roles on two National Sporting organisations.
